We stayed here the first 3 nights of our trip before heading to Zakopane. Great staff, clean rooms and was very conveniently located to Christmas markets. Our flight was delayed due to weather, so we came back to this hotel for two more nights, and the staff was extremely understanding and were able to accommodate us. We will be returning for sure!

Close to an outdoor market with lots of fresh produce and trinkets during the day, and doner kebabs and French bread pizza at night. Loads of nightlife and easy mass transit nearby. Attentive staff and good breakfast included. Definitely stay again. Bravo!

When we leaving the room we have left the sign to make the room. When we got back nothing was done. We have discussed it at the reception and they have not given us any solution. I do not recommend the hotel
amazing venue staff are lovely and the rooms are great really worth staying at this place just off the main road so not to loud.
